BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MINUTES

NOVEMBER 1, 1999

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Marty Illick

James Sheldon-Dean

Clark Hinsdale, III

Robert Mack, Jr.

John Rosenthal

OTHERS: Wendy Schroeder

Chairman Illick called the meeting of the Board of Selectman to order at

8:40 AM. Illick noted that the only item to be discussed at this meeting

was land negotiations and the November option payment regarding the

Burns Land.

Sheldon-Dean moved and the motion was seconded by

Mack:

* “TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PAYMENT OF

THE NOVEMBER REAL ESTATE OPTION ON THE BURNS LAND.”

Vote: All in favor.

In addition to the Selectboard members, Selectboard Assistant Wendy

Schroeder was present at the executive session. The executive session

began at 8:40 AM and ended at 9:40 AM.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 AM
