NOTE: Fees are additive for multiple types of review unless otherwise noted.

Permitted Uses: (Permits which are issued by the Zoning Administrator)

New Construction: Residential $.10/s.f. (using perimeter dimension of construction)

Commercial $.15/s.f (using perimeter dimension times # of floors)

Accessory Structure $.10/s.f, minimum $25

Signs $25

Fences $25

Home Occupation $25 (Does not include home business)

Change of Use $25 (Waived if part of home occupation submission)

DRB Review

Site Plan Review $50

Conditional Use Review $100 (includes Site Plan Review)

PRD or PUD $200 plus $30/lot

Downtown Design Review** $50

Flood Hazard Review** $50

Subdivision: Major: $100 plus $20/lot

Minor: $50 plus $10/lot

Variance $100

Appeals $50

**Note: If Downtown Design Review and/or Flood Hazard Review are combined with another review by the DRB, these fees may be waived.

NOTE: Fee charged will be 2 times the regular fee for development commenced before application is made.

Other: Recording fee $7 (necessary with ANY permit)
